Chapter 1:- The Beginning
A true story of survival, loss, recovery, and finding purpose after a single moment changed everything.
“Every person carries a story. Some stories are filled with joy, others with pain. But a few stories divide life into two parts — before and after.”
This is one of them.
Today, as I write these words, I realize that every scar tells a story. Every silence hides a battle. Every smile carries memories that the world never gets to see.
This is not just the story of an accident.
It is the story of a boy who believed that hard work could change his life. A boy who had dreams bigger than his fears. A boy who was slowly building a future for himself, one step at a time.
He worked with complete honesty, always trying to help people in every way he could.
Recognition never came easily, but he never stopped giving his best. Slowly, people started noticing his efforts. Respect followed.
Opportunities began to appear.
Everything seemed to be falling into place.
Little did he know that destiny had already written a different chapter.
Before I tell you what happened, let me take you back seven months.
It was 21st November.
The result that could change everything was about to be announced. Like everyone else, I waited anxiously, wondering whether months of hard work would finally pay off.
Then, my phone rang.
A call that seemed ordinary at first.
I answered.
“Congratulations! You passed.”
For a few seconds, I couldn’t believe what I had just heard.
It felt unreal.
The message was simple, yet powerful.
“Congratulations on passing. Report between 1st December and 15th December to join.”
That single phone call changed everything.
The dream I had been chasing for so long had finally become reality.
Life suddenly felt full of possibilities.
My family was proud.
My friends were happy.
For the first time in a long while, I felt that all the hard work had been worth it.
Soon, I received my new posting.
I made a promise to myself.
No matter where life takes me, I will always give my best. I will work honestly, help people whenever I can, and leave every place better than I found it.”
It was an innocent promise.
One I truly believed I could keep.
But life has a strange way of teaching us that no matter how good our intentions are, we cannot make everyone happy. Some people will appreciate you, while others may never understand you.
Still, everything was going well.
Day by day, I was learning, growing, and slowly earning the trust and respect of the people around me.
Life felt perfect.
Or at least…
I thought it was.
Next Chapter: The Last Normal Day
The day began like any other. I had no idea it would be the last ordinary day of my life.
